Can I return or exchange Five Beyond products?
Absolutely! All unopened or defective Five Beyond products can be returned within 90 days and exchanged for another product, including items from our clearance section. We are also more than happy to refund you to your original payment method, as long as you have the receipt or order confirmation.
If you think you may want to return your Five Beyond product, be sure not to open it. Once a product is opened, it can no longer be returned unless it’s defective.
