Five Below – Messaging Service Terms and Conditions
Five Below, Inc. (“Five Below,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers consenting customers the opportunity to receive updates about their orders via text message (the “Messaging Service”). Customers who opt in to the Messaging Service agree to receive recurring, autodialed SMS, MMS, and/or RCS messages (“Texts”) sent by Five Below to the mobile number they enroll. Texts may include information about order status, delivery, and other content. By providing your consent to receive Texts through the Messaging Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
General Information
- By enrolling in the Messaging Service, you represent that (1) you are the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (2) you are the account holder of the mobile number you are enrolling (or you have the account holder’s permission to enroll the number); and (3) you agree our Terms of Use (including the dispute resolution provisions) and to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
- Consent to receive Text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Five Below does not charge customers for the Messaging Service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your individual text and data plan.
- The number of Texts you receive may vary depending on your interactions with us.
- Autodialer technology may be used to send Texts to the mobile phone number you enroll. By joining the Messaging Service, you agree to receive Texts via autodialer technology or other automated means.
Messaging
- To stop receiving Texts, simply respond “STOP” to any Text(s) you have received from Five Below. You may also text “HELP” for customer support.
- Consent to receive Text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported by the Messaging Service. We do not guarantee availability or performance of the Messaging Service and are not responsible for delays related to the transmission of Texts or for undelivered Texts.
Privacy
- To provide the Messaging Service we collect certain personal information from you, such as your name, mobile number, and your opt-in consent data.
- We may share this information with service providers who help us administer the Messaging Service, but we do not share information we collect for purposes of enrolling you in the Messaging Service with third parties for those third parties’ own marketing purposes.
- We may use this information to facilitate, analyze, personalize, maintain, improve, and provide support for the Messaging Service.

Compatible Mobile Carriers
The Messaging Service may not be available in all areas or supported by all carriers or all devices. Supported carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, and other regional carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered Texts.
